Online purchase without pick up code

I purchased online to pick up at a pargo pick up point. I was notified by mr price that my parcel was delivered and to pick my parcel. But i could not pick it up cause i ddnt get pargo pick up code. I contacted mr price many times for pick up code but i am not getting it. I paid for purchase but i cant get it!
