Online purchase is a ****

Made an online purchase on the 26th August according to the delivery to a store is 2 - 4 days. Called *** on the 2nd September spoke to Zinhle who said she was going to escalate the matter as my order is still with couriers. Called again on the 5th spoke to Stha who made me hold for 10 minutes till I hung up redialled spoke to Busi who delivery to the store is 7 working days(which means you **** on your website!!!) Went to the store today the teller called the same number was told someone would call me back on my cell phone(which of course I knew was not going to happen 🚮) since no one called III called yet again spoke to Slindile who could not give me a straight answer as to where my order is now when I tell her to cancel my order she tells me I have to wait another week for me to get my refund??? Why the hell must I wait that long when Mr Price failed to deliver. Since the 26th??? It's the 7th today!!!!
