Online purchase

A few weeks ago I ordered on line at mr price They told me I was to expect my order by the 12th It's now the 15th I haven't received my order or any feed back , when I tried called the call center no one was answering the phones , when I tried the WhatsApp line they just told me my order in on the way which is strange since I was originally told to expect it on the 12th ,the service all around is so poor , im not getting any feed back , I'm not really sure what is going on , when I'm trying to call them even the phones are not being answered
