Online Purchase

I purchased shoes online, confirmed and paid for the shoes. I wear size 5 with some shoes, size 6 with others. I then realised from a similar shoe I bought at Mr Price that I should have ordered size 6 instead of 5 for that type. This all happened before they have even received confirmation of my payment. I sent an email to ask for the size to be changed - because of course they hadn't even packed the shoes for shipping.<br> This was followed up by a call and I was informed that I can't change the size. The shoes have to be delivered, I then have to initiate a return request, then they will come back and fetch the shoes to exhange. <br> What a hassle and a waste of time for both me and the store. They will deliver the shoes knowing full well that it's the wrong size. I would completely understand if the shoes had already been packed for shipping.<br> But my payment hadn't even reflected in their account when I made contact.<br> <br> And no - I can't take them to my nearest store because I know they don't have them which is why I bought online. Such an unpleasant customer experience!
