I would like to rate the service i received from Mrp Help online, the service was outstanding, i was angry because my order was not processed at the right time as they said an incorrect discount was app**** to my shopping bag, i was compensated with a coupon which never worked after making several calls the third time lucky i got to speak to wonderful lady by the name of" Shireen "i hope got her name right and she was very helpful, she attended to my query professionally promised to call me back the next day which she did, to cut the long story short all her efforts worked because i finally received a voucher that i could redeem,I really appreciate your assistance dear you really have excellent customer service.
