Online poor services

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Mr Price online.

I placed an order on 24 April, and it was shipped on 29 April. The estimated delivery date has already passed, yet I still have not received my order. The last tracking update was on 2 May, and since then there has been absolutely no progress or communication.

I have contacted their chat support multiple times, but the agent could not provide any meaningful updates—only mentioning a vague “technical delay” with the courier. I also took the initiative to contact the courier myself and logged a case, but I have received no feedback from them either.

What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. No updates, no follow-ups, and no accountability. I re**** on this order and expected better service, especially since my past online shopping experiences with Mr Price were smooth and efficient.
