ONLINE POOR SERVICE\MR PRICE FAILED ME

I purchased online from Mr Price on the 21st of December, I did not get the my order and when I track my order it just shows it was shipped but there has been no movement since then,Honestly, save yourself the frustration and just skip the online purchases from Mr Price. This is now the third time that I am sitting not knowing where my package is, Mr prices site only shows that it is 'shipped' and if go into detailed information which if you dont know where to look you wouldn't know there is an option for it OR mybe courier number to follow up withThe details given are vague and no one answers when trying to call the courier service.when you do get an aswer its always the courier is catching up on back logg, and customer care at Mr Price are unhelpful and tell you just to wait. There is no communication from either company to say if your package is out for delivery so you end up sitting unable to do anything because you worry you might miss your delivery
