Online orders not received given run arounds 9 days late order and counting..

No one is able to explain what is happening with my on line order, I've been calling everyday since the 4th and today is the 12 august 2022 and still I have not received my order items the agents i spoke can only say sorry and assure me that the items will be delivered on the day call, till this day nothing. i ask for my refund i am told i need to wait or the courier to return the items first (what nonsense is this) i did not buy from the couriers site. can someone with brains to think sort out this order fast because I am really tired of wasting my airtime calling the call center and being put on hold for so long with no assistance Order: ***. 2nd order Order: *** never received i am being sent from pillar to post from the store to customer care. today i called twice still no one was able to assist me talk about TCF WOW. Sphamandla cell c spoke to him on the 12th Aug 2022 at 08:20 promised to call back to give feedback on the looting order that was never Picked up from the store also promised to give feedback before 4pm on the order that was meant to be received by the 03 august 2022 still NOTHING I've always ordered on line but this treatment i am getting right now is a leaving a very sore taste on my taste buds will i ever get my items or my refund ?? will i ever i ask myself???
