Online Orders not delivered

<p>I placed an order with Mr Price Online for clothes for the kids. It was just over R4000 and before placing the order I spoke with an online consultant and asked if I will still get the order before Christmas. She assured me that I would and I went ahead and placed the order. Now today when the order is supposed to be delivered they tell me that it will only be delivered next week. They want to cancel the order and give my money back. That is not even the point, their stores is a mess and don't have any decent clothes or don't have the proper sizes and that is why I placed the order online. Now they want to give the money back and I have no guarantee that I will find something else in time. I paid extra for delivery and they just say they can't help. I have been on the phone holding for a consultant for 20 minutes, when I finally got through to someone they refused to take my query because the consultant had already helped me online. I spoke to Nonthando and all she says is, unfortunately they are not able to help me. This is UNACCEPTABLE.</p>
