Online orders delivery service is pathetic!

First of all, the call centre agents are rude. Second of all, their online order is a joke. They give you 7 days estimation for delivery that just hangs for days and communication sucks. They get you to buy their products and when they are done they don't care about you. Never again will order or buy there!!!! It's not worth it!
