Online orders are just money ****s from Mr Price

I am not getting any help from Mr Price despite all the kind of proof I’ve sent to them showing that I’ve made a purchase with them. I’ve sent them all the personal details they’ve asked for, later they asked for a bank statement which I’ve forwarded to them. And they told me to call my bank, I called my bank and my bank told me there was no refund made by Mr price the money only went out to them and never came back. The bank advised me to send all proof of payment to Mr price for refund and I told them I have already done that. I tell them I have spoken to Mr Price for a few days now and it seems like they’re not willing to refund me they want to pin the problem on my bank and get away with my money or act like the money never reached their bank account. I emailed Ozow and asked them how transactions are made through them, they told me they don’t keep money with them, money goes straight to the merchant from the payer immediately as the payer makes a payment so I must ask everything to Mr Price as to where my money is. Mr price doesn’t get back to me I have to always be the one asking what’s going on, and they really don’t tell me anything that’s gonna help. They keep on requesting proof that I do give to them but clearly they’re doing nothing with the proof I’ve given to them. Mr Price please up your game because when I go through review I see that this thing I’m going through has happened to many customers, very similar experience. And you don’t see anything wrong with that, and I think realised that no customer was refunded by you. Please refund me my money I need to buy my children warm clothes it’s very cold and it’s so painful as a mother to watch my kids without clothes whereas Mr Price decided to take my money and keep quiet about it.
