Online orders are a ****

There was a problem with their system when I placed my order online. The payment was made but they didn’t receive the order. Now there is absolutely no one that can assist with a refund for my non-existing order, even after numerous emails were sent WITH the proof of payment explaining the situation and requesting assistance. The customer service line is no help either. Very poor service.
