Online ordering issues

Your online order placing is terrible. I tried at least 4 times to place an order for just 1 item. The website says the item is in stock but when I checkout, I get a meaasge that the item is out of stock? I tried this at least 4 times and then the order was placed successfully. And I am left with wondering whether my order will be arriving or not???
