Online ordering disaster

I received contradictory information from two different agents regarding my online order, which has been very frustrating. I’m extremely disappointed with the overall online experience with MRP. Waiting 12 days for an order when everything was done correctly on my side is simply unacceptable.

It’s frustrating to have to wait this long with no clear communication. I receive my Shein orders faster than this, which says a lot about the service level.
