Online ordering delivery
Placed an order online on the 30th of April, due date showed I will get order on 9 May, seeing it was a mothersday gift but 9 May came and gone and no order received, tracked order and showed was given to courier for delivery on 5 May then nothing further on tracking, I emailed them and they said PE is an outlying area so will take 5 to 7 working days, might get it end of this week. This is really terrible, 7 working days from date ordered was the 9th. So I am waiting just over 2 weeks for a order in south africa, other online platforms deliver 2 to 3 days.

14 May 2025, 18:38I received my order and 2 of 3 items were correct, 3rd item was meant to be slippers but I got a black skirt size 32 ( way too small for me) this item does not even have a price tag on it. So I paid for 3 items but only received 2. When I collected it at shop they never told me to open it before I leave. This has never happened to me before, my orders have always been correct
