Online order with a missing item and not informed

Mr price is bull**** especially online order I've ordered online with Mr price for years but this **** messy delivery I'm not going to tolerate I collect my order at the store maponya mall even them they couldn't help they said I should call them wat ****es me off is that they didn't even bother sending an email n making me aware that these 1 item missing n I made full payment for it.... I've been calling no1 picks up ur call for 45mins n whatsapp chat ur send out ur name n no1 respond n email sent nothing or notifications to say they busy with ur query Mr price is ****ty I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
