Online order - still waiting
<p>I ordered online and i am still waiting for the goods. Ordered on the 12th of July and called the call centre the 15th to find out where the order is. Will not be taking the goods. Oder number ********** 59163</p>

I had to once again call the head office for the 3rd time today and the service i must say i pathetic. How can you in the first place tell me to go to the store and tell them i want to return the items. I thought the whole idea of having my things delivered meant i will not need to drive around.
