Online order status never changing

<p>So for about 3 times in a row now after placing my order online, I have not received my goods and my order status never chages once it says "submitted" I pay for 1-3 days delivery but they never arrive in that time frame! This never was a issue but now its just pathetic. Im really thinking of closing my account with them. And even the helpdesk online does not even respond to my questions regarding this issue</p>
