On Monday 28/10/2019 i made an online purchase of the denim promotion of buy 3 and pay for 2 and also bought a polka dot skirt from Zama Khanyile style guide and for all that including delivery i paid R704.97, I collected my order on the 31/10/2019 @ Mr price Bedford i didn't check the content of the parcel in store, when i arrived at home to my surprise i was missing a denim skirt *** from the denim promotion you had. What you did was *****ulant to advertise a promotion make your consumer into it then you don't deliver on you promise and the reason i bought those items i was realled in by the promotion i wouldn't have bought into it, can someone contact me urgently regarding this and while you at it contact the following store check for stock

I will collect my missing item there today, what Mr Price did is really unacceptable. i repeat i want my missing item today, i choose express delivery for a reason, knowing that i want my items delivered to me at a certain time
