Online order perhaps a ****

Worst service ever. I placed an online order almost a month ago and have still not received my order. I have called numerous times having been promised my order will be delivered and still nothing. I eventually called the courier company who are even worse. They told me they don't have the complete address (I chose click and collect as I live in a game reserve) and asked for my visa card details to bill me extra costs. I refused. I paid nearly R 3000 for the order and the click and collect are free delivery. I have sent emails, made calls and there is still no sign of my order. Do not order online. I'm beginning to think they have ****med me. They don't care and they ignore you or are incredibly rude to you on the phone. When I wanted a refund, I was told no refund until they receive the order back. The order hasn't even made it to their shop. I spoke to the courier company again yesterday and was told their vehicle broke down. One excuse after the next.
