Online Order not recieved 3 months later
<p>Jan 2017 I ordered online and mistakenly selcted the wrong store for delivery. 14 days later I emailed, called requesting for the order to be delivered and to date nothing has been done nor delivered. I have recieved a reference number and promised that someone would call me back.. 3 months later I still dont know where my order is nor has has anyone from Mr Price called me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Order Number: ********** 62305</p> <p>Incident Number - ********** </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Mr Price promised me a call 4 days ago and to date no phone call from them....
Why am I even suprised though at their service or lack thereof.
Totally inconsiderate of the fact that I was a loyal customer who paid for items in Jan 2017 still not recieved almost 4 MONTHS LATER
