Online Order not received, zero communication regarding it.

I had placed an order online on the 25th of August and received an email on the 30th of August saying my order has been shipped since then I haven’t received any communication from them and still haven’t gotten my order and i am writing this on the 17th of September. Almost a whole four weeks of waiting (that is a month) i have been trying to reach out but given run arounds saying the order will be prioritised and they will deliver. They are totally making a fool out of me!!! I want my refund can keep those silly shoes of yours. Or is this some kind of a new **** we not aware of I WILL NOT GIVE UP I WANT MY MONEY ITS NOT MUCH BUT I WANT IT.
