Online order not received, waited a whole month going for the second.

I still have not received my order YESTERDAY MARKED A MONTH since I have been waiting to receive my order. This has to be the worst thing ever. The only thing they have been telling me for the whole ****en month is that they had a “technical issue” “the parcel is already with the couriers” can i get my money back!! Cause this is not going anywhere. Why do i have to be the one running after you GIVE MY MONEY BACK I NO LONGER WANT THE ITEM. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM, RATHER TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!!
