Online order not received

I ordered online on the 21st December, am full time based in Johannesburg and i requested that my order must be delivered at Limpopo Elim Mr price store because i was leaving to limpopo for the festive holidays on the 23rd.The holidays are over and till today i haven't received my order. I called mr price call centre 3 days back and i was told my order is still at polokwani....am going back to Johannesburg tomorrow and i don't know how i will get my order...i don't even need the ordered clothes anymore as i was ordering to wear during the festive. Am so disappointed with the service am getting from Mr price. I will never order online again...
