Online order not received
I placed an order over a week ago and the due date for delivery has already passed. When I track it online it shows shipped, I contacted the Mrp Chuma mall to check if they have maybe received my parcel and forgot to capture it on the system so I can get a notification to come collect but they said no they have not received it. I call the customer care line I just listen to the depressing song and no one answers, their whatsapp line same thing no one responds. Please refund me rather if you are failing to deliver.
