Online order not delivered

I made an online on 15 June and due was was 24 June.

I followed up with mrprice on the 23 June saying that my has been in shipped status since 16 June that I needy my order to be delivered on time as I will be relocating to a new province on Friday 27th June.. I was advised that they have followed up with the courier and they will deliver on the 26 as they missed the initial due date.

Today I go to the store to collect and my order was no where to be found. The store manager Desiree at tshwane mall had to call the courier company and Mr price call center and was assisted by a rude lady by the name of Sane...which were we placed on hold for over 30 minutes just tell us that they still have tre order..I am really drained and disappointed with the service. At this point I was told to cancel my order and be refunded after 7 workings days. I wasted time waiting at store and for a non existent order where I took measured to follow up on my order which I was promised it was delivered to the store and that was was not true. I had to leave the store empty handed and now will go home empty handed while my kids are expecting the things I bought for them.😫😭

I will not accept waiting another 7 working days. I need my money refunded ASAP.

Even now when I checked on my order it's still written shipped thay still haven't cancelled it after I left the store which is delaying the process of a refund.
