Online order not delivered
I ordered online 14/12/2020 and I was told my order will be ready for delivery on 24/12/2020 but up to date I haven't received any communication regarding the order. I've tried calling online but if I'm not being transferred from one department to another I'm on hold but no one ever answers until I have to hang up. Order number: ***.
