Online order nightmare

Mr Price took my money. I made an online order a month ago and I still haven't received it. The order status changed to 'shipped' on 2 September and it's not 17 September and nothing has developed. I went to speak to someone at the store that should be receiving my ghost parcel and all she could tell me was to carry on coming in to check. Seriously? They couldn't put me in touch with anyone or give me any insight as to why my package hasn't arrived yet, but they definitely took my money.
