Online order missing paid for items

I placed and payed for an order on mr price app for a dress and a shaper and they only delivered the dress and not the shaper, I called their call center and waited for 15 minutes , no one answered, sent 2 email telling them about this and no one contacted me about it. I want my money back for the shaper. Its very unprofessional of them to send wrong stuff and not even acknowledge and fix their mistake.
