Online order missing

I placed an online on the 24 of June for delivery at gateway. The order was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of July. I called the call center twice this week to follow up with the the order. Both agents told me item was delivered on the 28 of June and the store didn't acknowledge the receipt of the order they would have to look Ilford it manually. Today I went to the store waited 45 minutes or more only to find out the order is not in store. This is absolutely ridiculous either the order was never delivered or was ******.
