ONLINE ORDER MESSSSSS
I have been ordering from Mr Price for years but today I experienced such a mess with an online order.
I called on Monday and spoke to the customer care lady to change my address as my work one was the shipping address (3km from home address) than changed to Home. Fed Ex told me to call them and I did.
Today I am told my order has been sent back to Durban. DID ANYONE NOT COMMUNICATE THIS?
