Online order mess up!!

<p>Early morning on the 25/11/2016 i participated in black friday and placed an online order. The sizes when i placed my order was available and the money was taken from my account. This for me indicates that the order was accepted and the stock i ordered will be earmarked.</p> <p>A week went past and no delivery, I had to keep following up with regards to my order.</p> <p>Now after enquiry on facebook (as none of the other avenues answered) i am told sorry you will be refunded because they are out of stock.</p> <p>But i want the items which showed as available on their system when i ordered?!!!! </p> <p>Surely their website is linked to their stock levels?</p> <p>This is totally unacceptable!!!</p> <p>I even went as far as telling them that my local Mr Price has the same items still in store but i just get the answer that they operate seperately and sorry.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is ****** disgusting client services!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>And yes i know i am just going to get the standard copy and paste reply and this rant is not going to make any difference as i have seen that a lot of people have complained about the same issue!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
