Online order late and under "investigation"

Dear MRP...

I'm still awaiting a package that was set to be delivered on the 2nd of January 2019 or the 3rd for the very latest. Well the 3rd has come and gone and no package.

I paid for the express delivery of 1 - 3 days. I've contacted your call centre, friendly people btw, who also couldn't understand why the package hasn't been delivered yet and why its not out for delivery.

The package is under investigation, which doesn't help me much. Its all paid for, so I'm finding it very hard to understand why i haven't received it?

They say the package is still in transit since the 31st of December 2018. Guys please all i want is the items I paid for, nothing more and nothing less. This isn't like you MRP.

Lets get this solved today still please.
