Online Order is a ****!
I can’t believe that my parcel hasn’t arrived. My order was confirmed on 15 June 2022 and today is 12th July. There still has been no delivery. Is this parcel coming from the moon? And the only thing customer service of mr price will tell you is that “your order is in transit and will be delivered ASAP”. Do you even do cash returns if something was bought past a month? Do I have to actually call someone to get this done if the item even reaches me? Please just give me my money back. I’m tired of complaining.
