Online order enquiry
I have placed an online order yesterday afternoon using my MRP app, I used my capitec debit card to pay for the order. I received an SMS from the bank R254.99 was paid and ref was MrPrice group, apparently I haven't received an SMS to confirm my purchase and order number. Have been calling their line to enquire about it because I have paid for the order I can't track it.
Order description: Ankle hiker boots Color: Cement Size: 6 Price: R249 Shipment: R5 I have been using this app since I opened MrPrice account I have never encountered any problems, am not sure if its because I used a debit card & the process takes long but with my MrPrice card I receive the order number immediately & Email after payment
