Online order- delivery never happened

Online order, the courier company used sent a sms to deliver a pargo pickup with one digit short.

This order was placed on 31 march and it has been a struggle to get information regarding my refund.

Your customer agents are not very helpful either as they want me to provide details on an email that was sent from Mr price should this not be on your system.

Terrible service indeed!!!
