Online order delay!!

I Have placed an online order on the 26/07/18. paid the money and for delivery for my items to arrive after 2 days. its 5 days later and i havent received my items. i phoned and emailed but i was told the accounts department will get back to me. i made an instant eft and the agent confirmed that the payment was received. but when i check my status says"awaiting payment. this is very frustrating, i will never shop on mrp again. trashy service.
