Order was placed on the 13th of December...to this date it hasn't been delivered for collection at the store...the order was shipped just over 5 working days ago,what exactly is the hold up for when expected day of collection is tomorrow the 23rd of December? I keep checking on my online profile and there has not been any changed since the 18th of December. What could be so hard about moving a parcel from one store to another if there's no stock? And as for the communication? APPALLING!!!!!!

23 Dec 2025, 22:06Today is the 23rd of December 2025 and still no communication from Mr price,they can keep their clothes and refund me back my money..I'm no longer interested in their nonsense.
