Online order cancelled, where is my refund Mr Price?

Hi I cancelled my online order. I have sent countless emails to enquire when my money will be paid back to me but no reply. The money is supposed to be paid back to me by the 7th working day but still there is nothing. This has been such an inconvenience especially now during such a stressful time. Why have emails in place if nobody is attending to them. And we can't even call anybody? My Order number is #***. I need my money ASAP, I will never shop online again from Mr price... Never
