Online order cancelled

As a customer who most of the time prefers online shopping.

I am highly dissapoint in the level of service provided.

I did a online order and paid for it, when i went online to track my order status showed cancelled. No communication sent to me from Mr Price not even a email notification to state that my order is cancelled due to reason that one of the items is not in stock, im assuming this is the reason as when i tried to reissue my order it stated item quantity not available.

I then searched the said items only to see that there is stock available.

Nobody has been able to properly assist me their call centre is useless and the online app is just as useless.

No communication provided regarding cancelling my order and no correspondence provided if am then going to be refunded.

Absolutely pathetice service level.
