Online order cancelled and no communication after query

Hi there

I ordered clothing at Mr Price on 26 November 2020, only to realise that my order was cancelled. I spoke to a consultant on 29 November and I was told that would be resolved. I had to follow up on 1 December and i still have not received any feedback.
