Online order by Mr Price

I bought an items online, one of the ITems that was delivered was incorrect. Sent emails but was not assisted. Im given 2 option to log return then buy again or go in store, my question is why should i pay for their mistake???? Bought online for convenience, to order again i need to pay for shipping. My expense for their mistake
