Online order

Online order done 2021-10-10 for door to door delivery which usually takes 3-5 business days, today is the 20th of October I still haven't received my order, emails that I have sent are not acknowledged, called today to do a follow up, consultant who was helping me put me on hold for over 10 minutes, promised to provide me with feedback before end of business day and nothing.
