Online order

I have received the worst service ever. I placed and order on the 02/12/2025. The order was shipped on the 03/12/2025. However up until today I have not heard anything. I have been doing follow ups on whatsapp and have called and nothing , nothing at all. I will never place an online order with them again. I have not had experienced any joy with their online order.
