Online order

If there was 0 star that's what j was gonna give them. I ordered online some winter clothes just after online shopping was lifted during this lockdown. But now it's over 3 weeks since my order says shipping. How long does it take to deliver clothes from warehouse to correct destination?

I went to the shop to ask what was happening and the lady who helped me said as long as they say shipping there's nothing they can do. I asked for refund since I'm there and buy clothes but she said it's not possible? How is it not possible to refund me because mr price is inconveniencing me and my kids? This is so unprofessional and now my kids need to suffer because of this company incompetence. I made two separate orders and they both say shipping.... One paid Witt mr price card and other paid with my personal card. I need my money back immediately. Mr price need to cancel this online shopping cuz it seems like they cant handle it. I brought couple of things online and they already delivered. My order number for the 1st order is *** and the other is ***. I even sent an email to cancel my order with no respond at all.
