I ordered shoes on the online App Store and they withdrew money from my account and I didn’t receive an order number or anything. I called and told them they wanted proof of payment and I sent it and they told me that they are processing my refund and I’m still waiting for my refund. I ordered on the 24th Of November and it was an instant eft and they took R145 from my account.
