Online order.

I made an online purchase on the 3/6/2021. I then received an email that it has been shipped on 4/6/2021 and my ETA is 11/6/2021. It's now the 16/06/2021 and I still have not received my package. I call customer care twice because I am unable to track my parcel on line because the last tracking update is on the 4/6 /2021 and I keep getting told that it's out for store delivery "today". I've been to the store twice to check up on my parcel hoping there is a misunderstanding and the employees are so unhelpful and rude. I hate going into store at the empangeni branch because nobody follows covid protocols there and the store is forever untidy and impossible to navigate.
