Online Order:

On the 10th June I ordered online (door to door delivery) which costs R45 and is normally quicker than collect at the store. it's the 21 June I have not received my order. When I phone MrP customer care I speak to different agents and they tell me different stories. Thursday / Wednesday I phoned MrP I was informed that my order is at Vincent Mall East London. I later got a call from someone from Vincent Mall Mr P informing me that they have an issue of locating my delivery address. I have been ordering online from MrP using this same address. This lady told me that the courier guy will come and collect the order the following day. I informed this lady that my delivery address is my work address and that the branch that I am working at is going to close down Friday, I then gave her another address. I used my work address because I knew I will get my order before my workplace close. The worst part is no one is phoning me to give me an update. On the 17th I received an email saying that my order was shipped.

I phoned today I spoke to Busisiwe, she said my parcel is at PE depot and that I will get it today. I made a follow up call this afternoon the agent that I spoke to said she couldn't track my order by the way before that they kept transferring me and I had to keep repeating this same annoying story. Where is my order? I want my order to be delivered to the new address tomorrow that I gave the lady from Vincent Mall. If I am unable to receive my order tomorrow it must be canceled as I won't need it anymore. I have been patient, MrP staff do not care at all. The worst part they even transferred me to a lady called Asimbonge who knew nothing about my issue
