Online order
<p>Placed an online order on 21/09/2016, EFT payment reflected on 23/09/2016 and order was shipped on the same day. I understand that store economy takes 5-7 working days and today is the 8th working day. Order is still showing that it's being shipped to date. Can I please have my refund and never order online again? The reason i am so upset is because of the chat service mrp offers, the agents that i have texted with are so unprofessional and not interested in assisting, some just end the chat without warning.</p>
