Online Gift Voucher Not Delivered - Support Staff haven't contacted me even though I've queried this multiple times

<p>I sent a Gift Voucher to my friend via email on Monday morning and she still hasn't received it.<br /><br />When I check my order status on the site, it is marked as "completed". I emailed Mr Price's support team and I got an email back that one of their support staff would get back to me, I'm still waiting. I even went as far as calling the Mr Price Helpline and I was on hold forever waiting for a human to talk to me, I eventually left my number and requested a call back, and I still haven't received that. <br /><br />It shouldn't take more than a day for someone to get back to me if I'm having an issue. If this is how you run, then it's a very serious service problem.<br /><br />And I still don't know where the gift voucher is and money has been deducted from my Mr Price Money account.</p>
